About the job:
In this role you will collaborate with the Account Management team by acting as a technical expert in customer presentations. In addition, you will have a deep knowledge on LOQR’ solutions and its technology while leading the design the of the technical proposals and the Technical Sales Qualification. Acting as liaison between our Business and the Tech (engineering) teams, along with providing technical guidance to partners is also a major responsibility. You will respond to requests for information (RFI) or requests for proposals (RFP) from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with customer prospects to learn about their business challenges and analyze if and how LOQR’ solutions can address them;
- Develop and deliver customized demos of LOQR’s solutions;
- Design the best technical proposals to address customer prospects pain points.
- Handle the response to customer’s RFI and RFPs;
- Provide technical support and training to LOQR’s partners;
- Team up with the Account Manager to provide technical support in meetings, clarifications, and technical follow-ups;
- Be a master in the whole feature-set of LOQR’ solutions, have a good understanding on the technology and architecture behind them, and then explain it against a customer’s business problem.
About you:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or similar
- Technical, Sales and client-facing background
- Background on Computer Science or Information Systems
- Experience with building solid and dynamic client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Deep technical knowledge combined with strong communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication/presentation skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Kind and ego-free
- Fluent in English and portuguese (there's no way around it here, you really need to be fluent)
- To be allocated to LOQR’s headquarters (Felgueiras) or Lisbon, with a flexible remote work policy.
